Black Ball-Red Ball-Rummy Jack is played with a standard 52-card deck. The cards are randomly shuffled and then dealt face up, two at a time, to the player and two face down to the dealer.


The value of the cards in Black Ball-Red Ball-Rummy Jack is as follows:

2-9: Face value
10, Jack, Queen, King: 10
The goal of the game is to get a hand as close to 21 as possible without going over. If the player's hand goes over 21, they bust and lose the hand.

The player has the option to hit (take another card), stand (keep their current hand).

The dealer must hit until their hand reaches 17 or more. If the dealer's hand goes over 21, the player wins the hand.

The player wins if their hand is closer to 21 than the dealer's hand without going over. The player's winnings are equal to their bet amount. If the player and the dealer tie, the hand is a push and the player gets their bet back.
