Sponge Odyssey VR - Episode 1 for PC

Researcher Kagavas, 29, with ancestral roots in Kalymnos and descended from a family of sponge divers in America, begins developing the underwater robot SPONGE-ROB.

The full game immerses you in an interactive six-episode journey that teaches you the sponge-diving traditions and culture of Kalymnos. There you uncover every technique – from the traditional skandalopetra and spear fishing, to the iconic diving suit, the evolution with Fernez and hookah, and finally modern scuba diving.

In the Cardboard version, you get a taste of the adventure, since only the first episode is available. In this opening chapter of the story, as an oceanographer you meet two experts, the tough yet wise Captain Sideris and his grandson, aiming to enlist their help in gathering technical knowledge.

For the Cardboard version you need a mid-range smartphone (from the last two years) with at least 6 GB of RAM, a modern processor, and a GPU capable of 3D graphics. You also need a wireless Bluetooth controller supporting XInput (e.g., Xbox Wireless Controller Bluetooth), set to XInput mode, and a Cardboard-type VR headset (cardboard or plastic) into which you insert your phone before starting.
